So, I am in the path of this weekend's impending doom- which means it's going to snow, that's all . Though it has been exceedingly amusing to watch the mid-Atlantic lose its collective marbles. Clearly, everyone has forgotten it snows here. can attest to this as well.

I've got everything I need. Horses have food. Dogs have food. Cats have food. I have wine- which Mirage is thrilled about. There's plenty of toilet paper in cas the snow dysentery hits. I'm pretty sure snow dysentery is not a thing, I just don't understand how a person goes through a 12-pack of TP in a weekend snow event. BTW, if you suffer from any such thing as snow dysentery I don't need to be educated or informed about your condition.  Just let me know to which charitable organization I should send money.

Anyhow, the point- I also have a healthy yarn stash and about 104 ideas screaming around my skull. So, i'm putting it to a vote. Let me know in th comment section which of the following you think I should dedicate myself to while I'm walled up in my house.

-Jazz pony reboot (I was thinking of using my Dr Whooves pattern)

-Prowl pony

- some other transformer pony

-Toothless

-plushie-formers (let me know who)

-what the hell are you asking us for? You're an adult figure it out yourself. (And if you choose this one, thanks for the support, you trout )

BTW- if I can get the Funny Farm locked down, I'll post part deux of Opportunity Knocks tonight. I was going to wait until Sunday, but the power goes out if I sneeze so I doubt seriously the wi-fi is going to last long.

Sounds like a NatGeo special or bad adult film sequels, doesn't it?

It's been a busy year! Bronycon was amazing. Peter New stopped by my booth and took a Rainbow Dalek home with him. I got a promotion at work (which scares the crap out of me). And Brahvo has turned out to be an amazing trail horse. So photocomics fell by the wayside.

With work and all, I've decided to forgo vending this year. But I feel the itch to pick the camera back up. So I'll probably be sharing more on this account.

Yup, Country Geek Crochet. That's me!!

And I still stand by the proclamation that the caterpillar chronicles  will be completed . . . someday.

I got the bright idea to make gifts for all of my friends, family, volunteers, acquaintances, etc. It has been six weeks of non-stop crocheting . . . and it has been fabulous! Oh the things I have learned. I've made some pretty cute, er, thingies.

Couple of things:

1.) SPOILER ALERT!!!!!! (For real- I'm really putting up a spoiler alert for a comic)- "Larry" was recovered and, I'm sure, has had a successful flight to Mejico. I totally intend to see Caterpillar Chronicles thru to its Epic Conclusion of Epicness after the holidays. It's epic, I tells you!


2.) I will post some shots of the cuddlies after the holidays too. See, the problem is certain people (cough cough)follow me on dA, and as said gifts are for these certain people, well, I can't post those pics just yet. I will. PROMISE. I'm quite proud of them, actually.

3.) There may or may not be a holiday comic. If there is one, twil be short. But it all depends on if I can get that final project done in time. So close!

Ok, I haven't ACTUALLY gone to Once Ler status, here. Quite the opposite. But I have been dA lurking for a while now.  

I've been running around like a madwoman between horses, butterfly festivals, planetarium upgrades, and somehow acquiring a life. All the grand plans of family and friends have come to fruition in the past two weeks and the honor of my presence has been requested at a lot of functions. And I've been working on another dalek for a friend's birthday. He's very sparkly.

My camera is full of images ready to post. Just need to sit down and go through them. Prepare to be spammed soon with Prowl and caterpillar goodness, fluffy crocheted plushies, and sparklies! (I have learned the art of tubular bead crochet. It's becoming an addiction. It's bad. Send help
